This course is suitable for anyone currently working in or looking to gain employment within a customer service role.

The course consists of 7 Units and will cover Principles of Customer Service and Delivery, Understand Customers, Understand Employer Organisations, How to communicate with customers, Handling customer information, How to resolve problems and deliver customer service to challenging customers and How to develop customer relationships.
