Learners undertaking our NCFE Certificate in Principles of Business Administration have several progressional pathways available depending on their career aspirations.

1 - On completion of the NCFE Certificate in Principles of Business Administration qualification they would move onto other courses suited to developing them for work within their preferred sector such as, office 365. As most offices and roles now use these systems the development of these skills is crucial for someone wanting to enter an office-based role.
2 - Employment pathway - if the learners progression route links to local employment e.g a job as a Administrator with a local employer the learner would be able to progress to another funded course for example NCFE Diploma in Business Administration Level 2. This level 2 course would support integration into the workforce and allow a progression from this to further funded courses.
3 - Apprenticeship Pathway - All learners on AEB Adult Skills programmes will be provided with opportunities and support to progress onto apprenticeship programmes upon completion of their adult skills course. Progression is dependent on the learners sector preference but this would be an ideal stepping stone to a Business Administrator level 3 Standard. Other progressional routes may include: Accounts or finance assistant level 2, Assistant Accountant, Customer Service Practitioner Level 2, Early Years Educator Level 3 and Early Years Practitioner level 2.
