Come along and learn the basics of cake making and decorating. You will learn different techniques and skills including:
Victoria Sponge; production including decoration for presentation; covering and piping
Sponge Roulade; whisking method with finishing using cream and fruit
Viennese biscuits; creaming method for biscuits, piping skills and finishing for presentation
This course could lead on to an accredited course in Food Safety or Catering.
